• Host Family Data: Information host families provide, such as household member details, availability, home environment descriptions, preferences, pets, transportation details, house rules, and other details provided in the host family profile or intake forms.
• Verification and Background Check Information: Information necessary to verify host families and conduct background checks (which may include government-issued ID details or other identifiers as permitted by law, and information required by our background check providers). We may also receive background check results or status indicators (for example, pass/fail, eligibility, or risk indicators) from those providers.
• Communication Data: Messages and attachments sent through our secure built-in messaging center, plus support requests and other communications with us.
• Payment and Transaction Information: Payment information is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe (for example, card token, billing details, and transaction data). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
